 A valid credit or debit card is required to book an event or party. A Non-Refundable deposit of 25% is to be paid in full upon receipt of deposit invoice. The remaining balance is required to be paid in full prior to the start of the event.  

A valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your Advanced Video Games reservation. We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to hold a specific date and time. Should you need to cancel outside of 3 weeks, we will make every effort to reschedule to another date and time that works for you if our schedule allows for it. All cancellations within 3 weeks of the scheduled event will still be liable for the full amount due. 

The Advanced Video Games trailer was designed for all types of weather conditions. The game truck is insulated, and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff, and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated major storm or other strong weather events) please contact us to begin the rescheduling process.

Advanced Video Games does always require a parent or responsible adult to be present inside or within reach of the trailer. Children under 6 are always required to have a parent or guardian to supervise them. Unattended children under the age of 6 will be asked to leave the trailer and guided back to their parents. Guests 16 and over require a parent or guardian to be on property and within contact of the game coach should a need to contact them arise.

You may serve alcohol at an Advanced Video Games party or event. However, we may and reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol consumption poses a risk to our equipment, employees, or guests. Illegal Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the advanced video games equipment or the children. Anyone under the influence of illegal drugs will not be permitted inside the game truck for the safety of the children and our equipment. Any observed use of illegal drugs will result in the termination of the party immediately 

Advanced Video Games or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the game truck in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Advanced Video Games or their employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

Additionally, Advanced Video Games reserves the right to charge the clients credit card for damages to the game truck or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of some of the client’s guests 

Advanced Video Games does not allow any food or drink into the video game truck. Anyone who brings food or drinks inside the Advanced Video Games trailer will be asked to leave and can return when food and drinks have been consumed. Please have your guests consume them outside of the game truck prior to entering.

While your party is in effect, the Game Coach may be taking pictures of the party from inside the trailer. We may use these photos on our Facebook page and/or our web site. Every event is recorded on a CCTV system to ensure the safety of our equipment, employees and your guests.

When the game truck pulls up, we will try to park in the most level and flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party. We do not park in driveways as it conflicts with our insurance policy.WE WILL NOT BACK INTO DRIVEWAYS. We might also have to block a driveway, "please keep in mind" that our game coach will not just park anywhere that may cause danger to persons, property, or equipment. Our Truck and Trailer we will need a minimum of 60 feet of space to park. We do not disconnect the truck from the trailer as it is far safer to keep it all attached!

The game coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He will tutor, inspire, and entertain. Tipping for good service is not required but appreciated.
